Breathing to Reduce Stress & Ignite Your Energy

This short course will remind you to breathe every day. We will breathe with purpose and pleasure. We will discover breathing to ignite energy and give us a lift when we need it. We will be learning mudras, hand holds, which will allow us to release stress exponentially. This is an experiential workshop so come ready to move, relax and breathe.

Student Learning Outcomes:

  1. Connect to their spirit and body with joy and pleasure.
  2. Use breath as a way to release, relax and be free.
  3. Connect to ourselves, our energetic system.
  4. Trust in the breath as life and live life to the fullest.
