Heart to Heart Meditation
This meditation was developed to increase our compassion for others and ourselves. It is easy to love and have compassion for individuals it is easy to love, but what about those we may not even like? Opening our hearts with compassion allows us to not feel separated or alone. It allows us to connect to all living things and understand our relationships. Opening our hearts with compassion allows us to see life and actions in a different perspective, and may provide us with patients and understanding when we may not otherwise have it. This meditation expands the heart chakra found at the center of your chest. This chakra color is the vibrational frequency of the color green.
